Dacia Jeffries is an ACE and IFTA certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She is from Greensboro, NC.
She formerly taught Zumba® and Aqua Zumba® at the YMCA of Greensboro. She has 18 years of experience teaching a host of classes from cardio kickboxing, power step to Hip Hop Step.
As an instructor, she enjoys empowering her students with health and wellness knowledge. She also loves participating in local events in the Greensboro area, such as Fun 4 th celebrations and Zumba marathons, which always attract her regular students.
Dacia is a full time Pathologists’ Assistant in the Triad area with over 20 years of experience in the medical industry. She is also a Cancer Registrar and a former County Medical Examiner. She has spent many years and countless hours doing autopsies, finding out how people died due to disease and illness. Her motto is: Your Health is Your Wealth!
