I understand that I must select a package based on the number of occupants in my unit that will participate in retreat activities and the package price is per person.

I agree to and understand the Virginia Beach Retreat Cancellation Policy:
The following cancellation fees apply to all overnight package registrations for the GAINS FIT Retreat Virginia Beach (May 28-31, 2026). All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid:
• A cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid for cancellations made from the first day of registration until November 28, 2025.
• A cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid for cancellations made from November 29, 2025 to February 28, 2026.
• A cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid for cancellations made from March 1, 2026 to April 27, 2026.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 27, 2026; the cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost.


Cancellations take up to 30 days to process. Please allow up to 30 days to receive any refund due (if any)

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by April 27, 2026. If my package is not paid in full by April 27, 2026, the package within my order will be cancelled.

I understand that the reservation for the package within my order will not be confirmed with the hotel unless each person in my unit has paid for their package in full by April 27, 2026. If a person in my unit has not paid for their package in full, I am responsible for upgrading my package to the correct number of unit occupants or allow GAINS FIT Inc to assign enough roommates to my unit based on the package I have selected.
