I understand that I am traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport (valid for up to six months at time of arrival to your travel destination). Any cancelations due to lack of correct travel documentation will incur penalties as per GAINS FIT’s policy at time of booking.

I understand that I must select a package based on the number of occupants in my unit and the package price is per person.

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by October 4, 2026. If my package is not paid in full by October 4, 2026, the package within my order will be cancelled.

Cancun Retreat 2026 – Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply to all overnight package registrations for the GAINS FIT Retreat Cancun (November 5–8, 2026). All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid:
• 25% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from the first day of registration until May 4, 2026, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• 50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from May 5, 2026, until August 4, 2026, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• 75% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from August 5, 2026, until October 4, 2026, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• No Refunds: Beginning on October 5, 2026, no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing using the official cancellation form. Fees are deducted from payments made. Cancellations are processed within 30 days.
