Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer service reps are available to answer your questions 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday. If you call and are not able to get a live person, please leave a message. We make every effort to return calls within 24 hours. We answer all emails within 24-48 hours or less.

What should I wear to the GAINS FIT event?
It is recommended that you wear comfortable fitness attire for all workshops, fitness breakout sessions, masterclasses receptions and dinner parties.
What do I do when I arrive?
First check in at the hotel check-in desk and get your room keys if you purchased an overnight package. Then proceed to the Conference Center where the GAINS FIT event check-in desk is located.
What is a Masterclass?
These classes are extended fitness classes with multiple instructors Anyone can attend a Masterclass.
What happens at the receptions and dinner parties?
The receptions are a great time for everyone to get together, network and socialize.
Is there GLOW items provided for the GLOW masterclasses?
GAINS Fit does provide some GLOW items. However, feel free to bring your own GLOW stuff to go along with these items if you really want to GLOW.
What’s your refund and cancellation policy?
For all overnight event packages (including retreats, Mega Fests, and international experiences):
- Up to 6 months before the event:
25% of total package cost is nonrefundable (75% refund) - 6 to 3 months before the event:
50% of total package cost is nonrefundable (50% refund) - 3 to 1 month before the event:
75% of total package cost is nonrefundable (25% refund) - Less than 1 month before the event:
100% of total package cost is nonrefundable (no refund)
