I understand that I am traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport (valid for up to six months at time of arrival to your travel destination). Any cancelations due to lack of correct travel documentation will incur penalties as per GAINS FIT’s policy at time of booking.

I understand that I must select a package based on the number of occupants in my unit and the package price is per person.

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by March 9, 2026. If my package is not paid in full by March 9, 2026, the package within my order will be cancelled.

Punta Cana Experience Cancellation Policy:
• April 30, 2025 to October 9, 2025, cancellation fee is 25% of the total package cost
• October 10, 2025 to January 9, 2026, cancellation fee is 50% of the total package cost
• January 10, 2026 to March 9, 2026, cancellation fee is 75% of the total package cost
• After March 9, 2026, there are no refunds, cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost.


Cancellations take up to 30 days to process. Please allow up to 30 days to receive any refund due (if any)
