Las Vegas Retreat 2026 – Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply to all overnight package registrations for the GAINS FIT Retreat Las Vegas (September 17–20, 2026). All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid:
- 25% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from the first day of registration until March 17, 2026, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
- 50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from March 18, 2026, until June 16, 2026, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
- 75% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from June 17, 2026, until August 16, 2026, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
- No Refunds: Beginning on August 17, 2026, no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing using the official cancellation form. Fees are deducted from payments made. Cancellations are processed within 30 days.
