Atlanta 2026 Overnight Packages

I understand that I must sign the Waiver of Liability Release Form to participate in any activities during the retreat.

I understand that I must select a package based on the number of occupants in my unit that will participate in retreat activities and the package price is per person.

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by March 31, 2026. If my package is not paid in full by March 31, 2026, the package within my order will be cancelled.

I understand that the reservation for the package within my order will not be confirmed with the hotel unless each person in my unit has paid for their package in full by March 31, 2026. If a person in my unit has not paid for their package in full by March 31, 2026, I am responsible for upgrading my package to the correct number of unit occupants based on package selected.

Atlanta Retreat 2026 – Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply to all overnight package registrations for the GAINS FIT Retreat Atlanta (May 1-3, 2026). All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid:
• 25% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from the first day of registration until November 1, 2025 (6 months before the Retreat), a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• 50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from November 2, 2025, until January 31, 2026 (6 to 3 months before the Retreat), a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• 75% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from February 1, 2026, until March 31, 2026 (3 to 1 month before the Retreat), a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• No Refunds: Beginning on April 1, 2026 (1 month before the Retreat), no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing using the official cancellation form. Fees are deducted from payments made. Cancellations are processed within 30 days.
