Victoria Northey, Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer

Victoria Northey

Victoria Northey grew up in Cincinnati, OH as a multi-sport athlete, playing soccer, tennis, and running track and field as a 100m, 200m, and 400m sprinter. She has always had a love for life and a go-go-go personality! She comes from a diverse and colorful background in graphic design, personal training, physical therapy, and yoga.
Victoria found her love for yoga, while in graduate school in 2016. While overcoming a series of traumatic life set-backs, she realized her calling to help others to understand the gratitude of just being and to embrace their individual life journey (the good, the bad, and the stuff that happens, in-between). Victoria saw the importance of helping people overcome adversity in life to find inner peace, joy, and overall well-being physically, emotionally, and mentally. She loves helping people to see their own amazing potential and to learn to thrive as the best versions of themselves. Her life motto is, “Embrace your life story, where you came from, who you are now, and the journey that lies ahead. You may not realize who else is watching and being inspired by your strength and struggles. Don’t give up.”
Victoria is a practicing licensed physical therapist, NASM certified personal trainer, and RYT-500 level yoga instructor who resides in Phoenix, AZ with her Marine Veteran husband and two dogs. She has experience teaching various styles of yoga from yin, restorative, vinyasa, Ashtanga, pranayama (breath work), prenatal yoga, and yoga nidra.
