I understand that I must select a package based on the number of occupants in my unit that will participate in retreat activities and the package price is per person.

I agree to and understand the Retreat Cancellation Policy:
•May 31, 2023 to November 30, 2023, cancellation fee is 25% of the total package cost
•December 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024, cancellation fee is 50% of the total package cost
•March 1, 2024 to April 29, 2024, cancellation fee is 75% of the total package cost
•After April 29, 2024 there are no refunds, cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost


Cancellations take up to 30 days to process. Please allow up to 30 days to receive any refund due (if any)

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by April 29, 2024. If my package is not paid in full by April 29, 2024, the package within my order will be cancelled.

I understand that the reservation for the package within my order will not be confirmed with the hotel unless each person in my unit has paid for their package in full by April 29, 2024. If a person in my unit has not paid for their package in full, I am responsible for upgrading my package to the correct number of unit occupants or allow GAINS FIT Inc to assign enough roommates to my unit based on the package I have selected.
