Retreat Cancellation Policy:

October 1, 2023 to March 11, 2024, cancellation fee is 25% of the total package cost
March 12, 2024 to June 11, 2024, cancellation fee is 50% of the total package cost
June 12, 2024 to August 11, 2024, cancellation fee is 75% of the total package cost
After August 11, 2024, there are no refunds, cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost.
