Taylor Collier is an ACE and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, KU Alzheimer’s Disease Research Study Trainer, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and Health Coach. She enjoys teaching and training at her local YMCA in Kansas City, MO.
Taylor is a Level II MixxedFit Master Educator, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, 200-hour Yoga Instructor, Active Older Adult Instructor, and Les Mills BodyStep Instructor.
She is the owner of Brown Rose Health & Wellness LLC, a wellness brand that provides physical and mental support through personal training, group fitness classes, American Red Cross certification training, community partnerships, and resources for healthy living. Taylor is also the creator of Loop Groove Fitness—a fun, high-energy cardio and strength-based workout that combines bodyweight and resistance band exercises set to music.
Taylor holds a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and serves as a Research Assistant for the Department of Physical Activity and Weight Management at the University of Kansas Medical Center. In this role, she assists with funded research studies focused on promoting physical activity, nutrition, and clinical programming for various populations. Taylor enjoys using her training and educational background to guide and support others in achieving their mental and physical goals.
