Jim Uy is a Mixxedfit National Trainer and the creator of Xplicit Choreo class. He originated from the Philippines and currently resides in San Diego, CA.
Jim’s goal is to serve his community through music and movement empowering each student to be their authentic selves in the dance floor. He thrives in inspiring others and watching them thrive in their own fitness journeys. He values his community and contributes to various causes.
In addition to fitness and dance, Jim holds a degree in Culinary from Le Cordon Bleu of San Francisco and a Bachelor in Psychology & currently in Grad school to become a Therapist. Jim continues to give back to his community in his career at a crisis stabilization unit in which he helps lead displaced individuals back into society.
Jim’s classes are one of a kind. His passion for people and dance radiate throughout his classes leaving his students feeling confident and excited for more.
