Annie Daniel, Cardio Kickboxing Instructor, AZ

Annie Daniel

Annie Daniel is a retired military spouse who has moved across the world over the past 20 years, eventually landing in Arizona back in 2012.
Annie has been active in sports since her early childhood years. During junior/senior high school she was mainly involved in track and basketball where basketball eventually landed her a scholarship to a four-year university; continuing educational goals. Her fitness journey “officially” began in 2000 while being stationed in Yokota, Japan, participating in various aerobic classes offered on base…while expecting her first child.
Annie obtained her AFAA group certification in 2002 where she began the mentoring process under well-seasoned instructors. Shortly afterward, she started teaching her own set of classes that included Cardio Kickboxing, Step, Aqua, Cycling, and Weight Training. In 2007, Annie’s obtained her Personal Training license and her first two “brand name” licenses in Zumba and Turbokick while in living in England.
Fast forward to Arizona, Annie had a desire to explore other formats and became license in Pound, Bollyx, Mixxedfit, Commit and Bang all while motivating others in knowing you can have fun while working out. Fun…is one of the first and most important rules in class outside of safety. She believes the importance of helping students go through an experience that makes them happy and allow them to feel a sense of confidence inside and outside those gym doors is paramount.
Annie currently holds a license to teach Commit, Bang, and two signature formats called Strike and Dance Jam. She adores everything fitness and is excited to be joining the Vegas fitness retreat in every capacity available.
