Bay Area Mega Fest Overnight Packages

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by February 5, 2026. If my package is not paid in full by February 5, 2026, the package within my order will be cancelled.

I understand that the reservation for the package within my order will not be confirmed with the hotel unless each person in my unit has paid for their package in full by February 5, 2026. If a person in my unit has not paid for their package in full by February 5, 2026, I am responsible for upgrading my package to the correct number of unit occupants based on package selected.

The following cancellation fees apply to all overnight package registrations for the GAINS FIT Mega Fest Bay Area (March 6–7, 2026). All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid:
• A cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid for cancellations made from the first day of registration until September 6, 2025.
• A cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid for cancellations made from September 7, 2025 to December 6, 2025.
• A cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid for cancellations made from December 7, 2025 to February 5, 2026.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after February 5, 2026; the cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost.

Cancellations take up to 30 days to process. Please allow up to 30 days to receive any refund due (if any)
