All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid: 25% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from the first day of registration until September 4, 2026, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. 50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from September 5, 2026, until December 3, 2026, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. 75% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from December 4, 2026, until February 3, 2027, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. No Refunds: Beginning on February 4, 2027, no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost. All cancellations must be submitted in writing using the official cancellation form. Fees are deducted from payments made.
