Chicago 2025 Overnight Packages

I understand that I must sign the Waiver of Liability Release Form to participate in any activities during the retreat.

I understand that I must select a package based on the number of occupants in my unit that will participate in retreat activities and the package price is per person.

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by May 27, 2025. If my package is not paid in full by May 27, 2025, the package within my order will be cancelled.

I understand that the reservation for the package within my order will not be confirmed with the hotel unless each person in my unit has paid for their package in full by May 27, 2025. If a person in my unit has not paid for their package in full by May 27, 2025, I am responsible for upgrading my package to the correct number of unit occupants based on package selected.

Chicago Retreat Overnight Package Cancellation Policy:
• December 27, 2024, to January 27, 2025, cancellation fee is 25% of the total package cost
• October 22, 2025, to March 27, 2025, cancellation fee is 50% of the total package cost
• March 28, 2025, to May 27, 2025, cancellation fee is 75% of the total package cost
• After May 27, 2025, there are no refunds, cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost.
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Cancellations take up to 30 days to process. Please allow up to 30 days to receive any refund due (if any)
