Seattle Tacoma Mega Fest Registration Cancellation

Seattle Tacoma Mega Fest 2026 – Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply to all overnight package registrations for the GAINS FIT Seattle Tacoma Mega Fest (August 7–8, 2026). All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid:
• 25% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from the first day of registration until April 7, 2026, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• 50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from April 8, 2026, until May 6, 2026, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• 75% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from May 7, 2026, until July 6, 2026, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• No Refunds: Beginning on July 7, 2026, no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing using the official cancellation form. Fees are deducted from payments made. Cancellations are processed within 30 days.
