Raleigh Durham Mega Fest Overnight Packages

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by September 3, 2025. If my package is not paid in full by September 3, 2025, the package within my order will be cancelled.

I understand that the reservation for the package within my order will not be confirmed with the hotel unless each person in my unit has paid for their package in full by September 3, 2025. If a person in my unit has not paid for their package in full by September 3, 2025, I am responsible for upgrading my package to the correct number of unit occupants based on package selected.

Raleigh Durham Mega Fest Overnight Package Cancellation Policy:
• March 27, 2025, to May 3, 2025, cancellation fee is 25% of the total package cost
• May 4, 2025, to July 3, 2025, cancellation fee is 50% of the total package cost
• July 4, 2025, to September 3, 2025, cancellation fee is 75% of the total package cost
• After September 3, 2025, there are no refunds, cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost.

NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Cancellations take up to 30 days to process. Please allow up to 30 days to receive any refund due (if any)
