Retreat Cancellation Policy:

September 30, 2024 to March 17, 2025, cancellation fee is 25% of the total package cost
March 18, 2025 to June 17, 2025, cancellation fee is 50% of the total package cost
June 18, 2025 to August 17, 2025, cancellation fee is 75% of the total package cost
After August 18, 2025, there are no refunds, cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost.
