Nicola Harris is a fitness instructor that resides in Augusta GA. She began her fitness career through her love of Bellydance. This led to her creating Cardio-Bellydance with Cola. Nicola’s passion for fitness has evolved with her teaching a wide variety of fitness formats such as POP Pilates, Yoga, Insanity Live, MOSSA & LES Mills Formats, MixxedFIt, YogaFit and Indoor Cycle. Nicola’s current teaching schedule includes Zumba Fitness, HIIT, Strong Nation (formally Strong by Zumba), and Cardio Bellydance. Her number objective is to meet everyone where they are in their fitness journey, and providing a welcoming and encouraging environment.
