Liz was the kid outside with her boombox, making up dance routines and getting lost in the music. Dance and music have always been her outlet—her escape to decompress, recharge, and express her creativity.
In 2015, while living in California, she experienced a major life transition and found herself searching for connection and community. That’s when she walked into a Zumba Hip Hop class—and it changed her life. Inspired and encouraged by the instructor, who quickly became a mentor, she took a leap, got certified, and began teaching. The rest is history.
In 2021, she moved to Texas with her family and has continued to find love, support, and connection within the dance community. Her teaching style blends hip hop and Latin influences, with a strong emphasis on reggaeton—bringing high energy, rhythm, and authenticity to every class.
As a working mom of three boys, she understands the importance of having a space to reset, have fun, and feel empowered. She is passionate about creating that space for others and looks forward to sharing her love of dance with those who, like her, are searching for their own sense of community.
