Jae is a certified group fitness instructor based in the Austin Metro area, with expertise in Zumba® (Basics 1, Caribbean & Jamaica, African), Schwinn Indoor Cycling, Xtreme Hip Hop, Pound, and Crunch Fitness Specialties including HIIT and Boxing. With over 10 years of experience coaching fitness and sports teams and 2 years specifically leading group fitness classes, Jae brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to every session.
Currently, Jae teaches HIIT, Zumba®, and Pound at multiple Crunch Fitness gyms and also substitutes for Xtreme Step and Boxing classes. In addition to his fitness career, he serves as an assistant coach for a high school cheer team, blending his passion for fitness and team-building to inspire the next generation.
Jae finds joy in helping participants feel comfortable and empowered in a group setting. He values creating an inclusive environment where individuals can explore fitness holistically and progress at their own pace.
