Deborah “Diva Deb” Hansana, Founder of SWEAX♡LOGY, was born and raised in the BAY AREA and is proud to be reppin Cali with her #SweaxiezSquad!

Music is her obsession (all genres!) and her passion is connecting with and motivating others through dance fitness and overall wellness. Her love of dance began early with ballet and jazz dance classes, then she played both piano and basketball in her teen years and participated in acapella, jazz, and show choir & musical theater. For 10+ years, she choreographed and taught traditional Philippine cultural dances and another 10yrs of dance fitness content, coaching, and performance.

Deb enjoys learning as a student in all dance styles & fitness formats and shares her commitment to helping others through fitness instruction and community events; she is certified as an Instructor through POP Pilates®, MixxedFit®, U-JAM FITNESS®, POUND®, Les Mills SPRINT™ & BODYPUMP™ and has completed AFAA Certification in group fitness, pilates, and yoga. Deb has a Master’s degree in Counseling, works full-time in university education, and aspires to collaborate with and guide others in a holistic journey to wellness and gratitude. She hopes that her background and influences are a positive path for growth in her two children, too! Outside of the fitness world, you can find Deb spending time with her family (and pups!) being foodies or curled up with a book or journal.

SWEAX♡LOGY is a movement collective founded by Diva Deb in 2020 as she built her creativity through expression of Music, Movement, Mindfulness, and Mahal (“Love” as Filipinos say). The platform focuses on the method of Dance, Intensity, Vibe, and All-Out (DIVA) choreography: blending cardio, strength, and flexibility techniques in various levels of impact and energy which creates diverse ways to express our SWAG and our SEXY, aka the Sweaxperience. We strive to connect with and support our community while we build awareness and confidence in ourselves on our wellness journey.
