Cindy L. Williams

Cindy L Williams (aka Mz C) is certified in several formats and actively teaches in Manor and Georgetown, Texas. Originally from Naperville, Illinois, she currently resides in Austin, Texas. Cindy founded Purposed To Praise Fitness, LLC in 2020 during the pandemic and at that time, she earned her instructor certifications and began teaching virtually to people from all across the globe. She also formerly taught Pound after being certified in 2022. She has been teaching fitness since 2020 and has been a fitness enthusiast for over 30 years.

Cindy is an ordained minister and has been in the Prison Ministry since 2016. She serves as a life coach in the women’s prison. Cindy established a group fitness class in the faith-based dorms at Lockhart and brings gospel grooves thru MixxedFit dance fitness to the ladies in prison twice a month. She always says, “The ladies always thank me for being a blessing to them, but I wish they knew exactly how much of a blessing they are to me.”

Cindy is a mother to three amazing daughters and a granny to seven (of which her oldest grandchild passed away August 2023). Her professional background for over 20 years is in People Operations. She humbly prides herself in sharing that she’s 55 years young with two artificial hips! Grace, her right hip, was installed April 2021 and Faith, her left hip, was installed March 2023. She believes that by sharing this information with others, it will give them hope to continue to move their body and believe that anything can be accomplished if you don’t give up!

Cindy has a love for helping others, pouring into others, and being a Vessel to help lead others into that next great phase in their lives. Her favorite quote comes from Michelle Obama: “Success isn’t about how much money you make, it’s about the impact you make in people’s lives.”
