All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid: • 25% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from the first day of registration until January 10, 2026, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. • 50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from January 11, 2026, until April 9, 2026, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. • 75% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from April 10, 2026, until June 9, 2026, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. • No Refunds: Beginning on June 10, 2026, no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost.
