All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid: • 25% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from the first day of registration until November 1, 2025 (6 months before the Retreat), a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. • 50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from November 2, 2025, until January 31, 2026 (6 to 3 months before the Retreat), a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. • 75% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from February 1, 2026, until March 31, 2026 (3 to 1 month before the Retreat), a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. • No Refunds: Beginning on April 1, 2026 (1 month before the Retreat), no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost. All cancellations must be submitted in writing using the official cancellation form. Fees are deducted from payments made. Cancellations are processed within 30 days.
