Amy “C-Rad” Chang Radosevich is a Bay Area-based Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with a passion for music, movement, and helping others achieve their full potential. A true fitness renegade, Amy is not only a killer dancer but also a two-time Ironman finisher. Known for her great sense of humor and edgy style, Amy brightens and enlightens any room while she moves and sweats with her diverse group of dance and fitness enthusiasts. She believes that fitness should be for EVERY BODY and strives to build a truly inclusive community where people can just belong and never feel like they have to try to fit in.

Amy has a master’s degree in Kinesiology from San Jose State University and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Amy’s professional experience includes over 30 years in Group Fitness Instruction, over 20 years in Personal Training, and an extensive background in Fitness Programs and Operations Management. She is the Founder of RAD BOD Workouts, Master Trainer for POUND and U-JAM Fitness, and has presented at IDEA World Fitness Convention, SCW Events, CanFitPro, and Fit Expos.

Amy currently holds credentials as an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, POUND® ICON, U-JAM Fitness® Master Trainer, GROOV3 Instructor, SOULfusion Instructor, Barre Above Instructor, Roll Model® Method Practitioner, and Size Inclusive Fitness Specialist.
