All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid: • 25% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from the first day of registration until May 4, 2026, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. • 50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from May 5, 2026, until August 4, 2026, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. • 75% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from August 5, 2026, until October 4, 2026, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. • No Refunds: Beginning on October 5, 2026, no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost.
