Punta Cana 2027 – Nonparticipating

I understand that I am traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport (valid for up to six months at time of arrival to your travel destination). Any cancelations due to lack of correct travel documentation will incur penalties as per GAINS FIT’s policy at time of booking.

I understand that I have selected a nonparticipating package and does not include participation in the GAINS FIT Experience Punta Cana 2027 breakout sessions, masterclasses, welcome receptions or dinners.

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by March 20, 2027. If my package is not paid in full by March 20, 2027, the package within my order will be cancelled.

I understand that the reservation for the package within my order will not be confirmed with the Dreams or Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana Resort unless each person in my unit has paid for their package in full by March 20, 2027. If a person in my unit has not paid for their package in full, I am responsible for upgrading my package to a single occupancy package.

Punta Cana Experience Cancellation Policy:
The following cancellation fees apply to all package registrations for the GAINS FIT Punta Cana Experience (April 22–25, 2027). All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid:
• 25% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from the first day of registration until October 21, 2026, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• 50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from October 22, 2026, until January 20, 2027, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• 75% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from January 21, 2027, until March 20, 2027, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• No Refunds: Beginning on March 21, 2027, no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost.

Cancellations take up to 30 days to process. Please allow up to 30 days to receive any refund due (if any)
