All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid: *25% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from the first day of registration until October 21, 2026, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. *50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from October 22, 2026, until January 20, 2027, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. *75% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from January 21, 2027, until March 20, 2027, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. *No Refunds: Beginning on March 21, 2027, no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost. All cancellations must be submitted in writing using the official cancellation form. Fees are deducted from payments made. Cancellations are processed within 30 days.
