Eileen Torres is the Founder of Kollective8, a studio in Bothell, Washington, and the Creator of Kreativ Dance Fit (KDFit), a dynamic dance fitness format that blends movement, music, creativity, and community. Since launching KDFit in 2016, she has built a thriving dance fitness culture centered on empowerment, connection, and personal growth. Her signature choreography combines style and fitness through thoughtfully designed low- to high-impact routines that are both accessible and engaging.
As a leader and mentor, Eileen has trained, developed, and coached more than 15 instructors and trainees while leading a hand-selected team of Core Choreographers who help shape the ongoing evolution of the KDFit experience.
Beyond owning and operating Kollective8, Eileen is a dedicated entrepreneur, educator, and community leader. She serves as the Operations Manager of The Ridge Activity Center and as a Physical Education teacher at Ridge Christian Academy, where she is passionate about fostering character development, leadership, and healthy lifestyles in the next generation.
Her mission extends beyond business and fitness; she is committed to bridging the gap between entrepreneurship and mentorship by equipping others with practical skills, confidence, and life lessons that extend far beyond the dance floor. Through Kollective8, she continues to create opportunities for individuals to grow in confidence, creativity, and purpose.
