Houston Mega Fest Registration Cancellation

Houston Mega Fest 2026 Registration & Cancellation Policy
By registering for the Houston Mega Fest, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy for all overnight packages:
• 25% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from the first day of registration until March 21, 2026, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• 50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from March 22, 2026, until May 21, 2026, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• 75% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from May 22, 2026, until July 21, 2026, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• No Refunds: Beginning on July 22, 2026, no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost.
