Kristina Roberts first became interested in fitness when she joined the military in 2012.
Beginning in 2014, she served as a physical training leader in her unit, conducting official fitness tests for members. Through this role, she developed a strong passion for helping others improve their physical fitness.
In 2022, Kristina began coordinating weekly squadron fitness workouts, further deepening her commitment to coaching and leadership in fitness. She later took advantage of military-sponsored education opportunities and earned her fitness credentials in 2024.
In July 2024, Kristina was hired at Crunch Fitness and also became a licensed spin instructor. At Crunch Fitness, she currently teaches ride, Pilates, and HIIT Zone classes. Her goal is to help members become the best versions of themselves.
