All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid: • 25% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from the first day of registration until April 23, 2026, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. • 50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from April 24, 2026, until July 22, 2026, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. • 75% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from July 23, 2026, until September 22, 2026, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid. • No Refunds: Beginning on September 23, 2026, no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost. All cancellations must be submitted in writing using the official cancellation form. Fees are deducted from payments made. Cancellations are processed within 30 days.
