Kansas City Mega Fest Overnight Package Cancellation Policy:
• February 1, 2025, to March 8, 2025, cancellation fee is 25% of the total package cost
• March 9, 2025, to May 8, 2025, cancellation fee is 50% of the total package cost
• May 9, 2025, to July 8, 2025, cancellation fee is 75% of the total package cost
• After July 8, 2025, there are no refunds, cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost.
