Kansas City Mega Fest Overnight Packages

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by July 8, 2025. If my package is not paid in full by July 8, 2025, the package within my order will be cancelled.

I understand that the reservation for the package within my order will not be confirmed with the hotel unless each person in my unit has paid for their package in full by July 8, 2025. If a person in my unit has not paid for their package in full by July 8, 2025, I am responsible for upgrading my package to the correct number of unit occupants based on package selected.

Kansas City Mega Fest Overnight Package Cancellation Policy:
• February 1, 2025, to March 8, 2025, cancellation fee is 25% of the total package cost
• March 9, 2025, to May 8, 2025, cancellation fee is 50% of the total package cost
• May 9, 2025, to July 8, 2025, cancellation fee is 75% of the total package cost
• After July 8, 2025, there are no refunds, cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost.
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Cancellations take up to 30 days to process. Please allow up to 30 days to receive any refund due (if any)
