Morineke (Mo) White is a licensed instructor of different formats: MixxedFit, ChairOne Fitness, Commit Dance Fitness, Zumba, Zumba Gold, and Aqua Zumba.
Morineke resides in Jonesboro, GA and has always been involved in fitness and health. She started teaching MixxedFit at Fit for a Purpose Dance and Fitness Studio in Morrow, GA after being a student for over a year.
She is currently a therapeutic recreational instructor at several different locations:
• Clayton County Parks and Recreation teaching Zumba Gold and ChairOne Fitness
• Henry County Parks and Recreation teaching ChairOne Fitness
• Two Sparrows Day Program teaching ChairOne Fitness, MixxedFit and Aqua Fitness
She teaches ChairOne Fitness to the Sensational Seniors at Fairburn Parks and Recreation. She also teaches a weekly virtual ChairOne Fitness class.
As an instructor, she enjoys motivating and encouraging her students at Piedmont Wellness Center in Fayetteville, GA where she teaches MixxedFit, ChairOne Fitness and Aqua Fitness weekly.
Morineke enjoys participating in local events in the Metro Atlanta Area, such as Autism Awareness Day, Compassion Through Action events, Trilith’s Juneteenth Celebration, Parkinson’s Moving Day Walk, Purple Party with A Purpose Domestic Violence Awareness, Breast Cancer Awareness and Delta’s Sorority Community Fitness Friday Program.
