San Antonio Mega Fest Registration Cancellation

San Antonio Mega Fest 2026 Registration & Cancellation Policy
By registering for the San Antonio Mega Fest, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy for all overnight packages:
• 25% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from the first day of registration until October 27, 2025, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• 50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from October 28, 2025, until December 27, 2025, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• 75% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from December 28, 2025, until February 27, 2026, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
• No Refunds: Beginning on February 28, 2026, no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost.
