Kabriel Lynn was born and raised in Dallas, TX, and has been a certified MixxedFit instructor since 2015. She graduated from Justin F. Kimball High School and was a line member and Feature Twirler of the Satin Doll Majorettes team. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas and minored in Health Promotion. While there, she was part of the Freedom Dance Ensemble in which she performed African, Jazz, and Praise dance.
Kabriel has been in education over 16 years and has taught K-8 Physical Education, K-5 Health Education, Kindergarten, and 3rd grade. During her tenure as an educator, she was the creator and choreographer for two twirl and auxiliary dance teams, the Bilhartz Belles and Daniel Darlins’. Currently, she serves as the K-5 Comprehensive Health Instructional Coach for a local school district where she provides professional development and instructional coaching for Health and Physical Education teachers.
Kabriel has been a Group Fitness Instructor for over 12 years teaching several formats such as Hip Hop, Latin Heat, Zumba, MixxedFit, FitDance, and her own format called Kurvaceous Kardio. She has been a baton twirling instructor for over 20 years and was the Artistic Director of Tri-City Twirlers of Dallas. Today, you can find Kabriel teaching FitDance classes full of fun, fellowship, and fitness every Tuesday and Wednesday night at Fitness Connection.
