San Antonio Mega Fest Overnight Packages

I understand that I must sign the Waiver of Liability Release Form to participate in any activities during the retreat.

I understand that I must select a package based on the number of occupants in my unit that will participate in fest activities and the package price is per person.

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by February 21, 2025. If my package is not paid in full by February 21, 2025, the package within my order will be cancelled.

I understand that the reservation for the package within my order will not be confirmed with the hotel unless each person in my unit has paid for their package in full by February 21, 2025. If a person in my unit has not paid for their package in full by February 21, 2025, I am responsible for upgrading my package to the correct number of unit occupants based on package selected.

San Antonio Mega Fest Overnight Package Cancellation Policy:
• August 25, 2024, to October 21, 2024, cancellation fee is 25% of the total package cost
• October 22, 2024, to December 21, 2024, cancellation fee is 50% of the total package cost
• December 22, 2024, to February 21, 2025, cancellation fee is 75% of the total package cost
• After February 21, 2025, there are no refunds, cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost.
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Cancellations take up to 30 days to process. Please allow up to 30 days to receive any refund due (if any)
