Chicago Mega Fest Overnight Packages

I understand that I must sign the Waiver of Liability Release Form to participate in any activities during the retreat.

I understand that I must select a package based on the number of occupants in my unit that will participate in retreat activities and the package price is per person.

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by March 17, 2025. If my package is not paid in full by March 17, 2025, the package within my order will be cancelled.

I understand that the reservation for the package within my order will not be confirmed with the hotel unless each person in my unit has paid for their package in full by March 17, 2025. If a person in my unit has not paid for their package in full by March 17, 2025, I am responsible for upgrading my package to the correct number of unit occupants based on package selected.

Atlanta Overnight Package Cancellation Policy:
• October 15, 2024, to November 17, 2024, cancellation fee is 25% of the total package cost
• November 18, 2024, to January 17, 2025, cancellation fee is 50% of the total package cost
• January 18, 2025, to March 17, 2025, cancellation fee is 75% of the total package cost
• After March 17, 2025, there are no refunds, cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost.
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
