Monica Harris holds certifications in Group Fitness, Personal training, coaching sports and in TurnUp dance fitness. Monica has been helping people train in various areas of fitness for almost a decade. Aside from the normal gym fitness, Monica has also coached and trained athletes in sports, ranging from basketball, taekwondo and boxing.
Monica has always wanted to help others, with having had previous professions in the military, social work, and family counseling. A few years ago, her passion for how she wanted to help others changed. While in the gym, Monica realized that assisting others was not only protecting them but helping them become a better version of themselves through fitness.
Monica loves instructing, because it provides a sense of fulfillment by witnessing students learn and grow. It allows her to share her knowledge and passion for fitness and sports. Monica had also stated that she loves being an instructor because she is able to foster positive relationships and experience the reward of seeing students achieve their goals, all while contributing to their development and potential.
