Lesley Dennis is a fitness instructor residing in the Nashville, TN area. Her journey began in Houston, TX where she obtained her Zumba Fitness license on May 5th 2019. She then furthered her fitness instructor journey by obtaining a Zumba Kids & Zumba Kids Jr. license August 11th, 2019, and then a Strong Nation license November 17th 2019.
By that time, Lesley’s passion for fitness grew, and she created a brand for herself under the name “LesWorkItOut”. Lesley used this name to market herself through social media (Les_workitout), a website (lesworkitout.com) and a YouTube channel as well. She even has merchandise with her logo on it too! Lesley continues to grow her brand and aims to expand her reach as a fitness instructor.
Lesley currently teaches Zumba Fitness classes in the Nashville, TN area. She also provides virtual on-demand fitness classes so anyone can workout with her anywhere and anytime. Lesley is also a 2024 Zumba Community Council Volunteer (ZCOM), a position granted by Zumba Home Office, to connect with local Zumba instructors, host Meet and Greets, and serve as a liaison to ensure their voices are heard.
Lesley’s ultimate goal is to make fitness an approachable, affordable, and attainable lifestyle while delivering content with a great smile and lots of positivity. And as she likes to say, “Les work it out!”
