Jen is licensed in Pound, Zumba, MixxedFit, Myobility, and Schwinn Cycling.
She earned her first certification during the pandemic. It allowed her to remain active and healthy, both physically and mentally. She continues to learn new formats and more about fitness.
Jen is eager to lead and motivate group fitness participants in achieving their fitness goals through a fun and energetic environment. She strives to build rapport with participants to create a safe environment where they feel encouraged. She believes that fitness can be enjoyed by everyone at all fitness levels.
