Dshon Williford aka Shon is a 28 years old full time bar manager. In his free time he is a level 1 MixxedFit instructor with a dash of rainbows, haha!
Shon got into dancing at a very young age, his mom was in dance in her high school days. It amazed him and he knew he wanted to do the exact same thing when he grew up. And now here he is years later getting to do what he loves! but It’s also something his mom passed down which is the love for dance. On top of that he gets to teach dance fitness and help people feel good and be their best selves and feel loved which is his ultimate goal.
So on that note he can’t wait to share this experience with all of you at GAINS FIT Mega Fest Chicago 2025!
