Bay Area Registration Cancellation

The following cancellation fees apply to all overnight package registrations for the GAINS FIT Mega Fest Bay Area (March 6–7, 2026). All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid:
• A cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid for cancellations made from the first day of registration until September 6, 2025.
• A cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid for cancellations made from September 7, 2025 to December 6, 2025.
• A cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid for cancellations made from December 7, 2025 to February 5, 2026.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after February 5, 2026; the cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost.
