Phoenix Mega Fest Overnight Packages

I understand that I must sign the Waiver of Liability Release Form to participate in any activities during the retreat.

I understand that I must select a package based on the number of occupants in my unit that will participate in retreat activities and the package price is per person.

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by December 23, 2024. If my package is not paid in full by December 23, 2024, the package within my order will be cancelled.

I understand that the reservation for the package within my order will not be confirmed with the hotel unless each person in my unit has paid for their package in full by December 23, 2024. If a person in my unit has not paid for their package in full by December 23, 2024, I am responsible for upgrading my package to the correct number of unit occupants based on package selected.

Phoenix Mega Fest Cancellation Policy:
• July 19, 2024 to August 24, 2024, cancellation fee is 25% of the total package cost
• August 25, 2024 to October 24, 2024, cancellation fee is 50% of the total package cost
• October 25, 2024 to December 23, 2024, cancellation fee is 75% of the total package cost
• After December 23, 2024, there are no refunds, cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost.
