Cancun 2024 – Nonparticipating

I understand that I am traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport (valid for up to six months at time of arrival to your travel destination). Any cancelations due to lack of correct travel documentation will incur penalties as per GAINS FIT’s policy at time of booking.

I understand that I have selected a nonparticipating package and does not include participation in the GAINS FIT Retreat Cancun 2024 breakout sessions, masterclasses, welcome receptions and farewell dinner.

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by October 7, 2024. If my package is not paid in full by October 7, 2024, the package within my order will be cancelled.

I understand that the reservation for the package within my order will not be confirmed with the Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa unless each person in my unit has paid for their package in full by October 7, 2024. If a person in my unit has not paid for their package in full, I am responsible for upgrading my package to a single occupancy package.

Cancun Retreat Cancellation Policy:
• December 1, 2023 to May 7, 2024, cancellation fee is 25% of the total package cost
• May 8, 2024 to August 7, 2024, cancellation fee is 50% of the total package cost
• August 8, 2024 to October 7, 2024, cancellation fee is 75% of the total package cost
• After October 7, 2024, there are no refunds, cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost

Cancellations take up to 30 days to process. Please allow up to 30 days to receive any refund due (if any)
