Tyeasha “Ty” VanBuren is a Marine Corps veteran, former national master trainer, international fitness presenter, and the creator of The Muse Experience. With a background in group fitness, strength training, dance-inspired movement, Pilates-based training, and instructor development, Ty has spent years helping women build confidence, strength, and a deeper connection to their bodies.
Ty began teaching fitness because movement transformed the way she saw herself. What started as a passion for helping others get stronger became a deeper mission: creating spaces where women feel empowered, seen, and free to reconnect with themselves. Her teaching style blends energy, intention, sensuality, and resilience, allowing participants to experience fitness as both physical movement and personal transformation.
Through The Muse Experience, women learn to move with confidence, embrace their feminine power, and remember that their bodies are not just something to change—they are something to come home to.
