Teenell White is the Owner of Tees Cardio Fitness Center LLC, in Kinston,NC. She is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Fitness Instructor, Health Coach and Mentor.
Teenell’s journey began in 2010 when fitness became an important part of her life. Diagnosed with MS (multiple sclerosis) in 2011 her calling and passion became so much more than just fitness. For her it became about helping people become healthier physically and emotionally.
